Hey there! My giveaway is winding down and I have three more hours left until the season premier of my favorite show Castle and I have some gorgeous little gems to share with you- my favorite Witchie Poos!
First up we have Something Unexpected. The designer lists it as a “combination of metallic and holographic glitters in colors you would not expect to created such a beautiful, sparkling polish. You will find rose, pink, sage green, gunmetal and lavender solvent resistant glitters.”
It’s very pretty, and very shiny! It sparkled like diamonds in the sun (GASP)!
The middle, ring and pinkie all three have two coats of Something Unexpected while the pointer has a gradient of it. Thought it looked great over OPI’s It’s A Girl! While there were a ton of glitters, and very pretty ones- I had a hard time finding the sage green, gunmetal and lavender glitters.
For some reason my camera wasn’t wanting to focus the best today. Stupid DSLR. In this picture I can see the lavender hex and possibly the sage green, but in her shop listing they were much brighter and more pronounced.
Next up is Sparkly Exterior. She created this “ultimate sparkly glitter lacquer is made with a combination of blue and purple hologram glitters, in addition to a load of silver holographic glitters. There are very subtle and almost unnoticeable specs of light gold. To top it all off, black glitter is added..”
I have to say, I love this polish. It glitters in the bottle like none other and the mix of colors is awesome. I tried this polish out on Barry M’s Bright Purple crème and unfortunately it didn’t translate well. I wasn’t too impressed by it. So instead I went sans undies!
The ring finger is one coat, all the others are two coats dabbed and smoothed.
Like I said, I love how this one sparkles and shines and it’s so danged fun!
